LIST MANAGEMENT

customers, members and prospects. We work from disk, printouts, electronic files
or even scraps of paper. We eliminate duplicates and non-deliverables, and will
provide you with reports, electronic files or labels as you need them. We guarantee
strict confidentiality.

POSTAL CONSIDERATIONS
Call us before you design or print. We will advise on postal regulations to make
sure that your mailing qualifies for the deepest postage discounts. In some cases,
a simple change can result in significant postage savings. We will advise on design
considerations such as size, stock and shape. Prior to mailing, we validate your
list to generate complete barcodes and NCOA process your list to insure that the
addresses of recent movers have been updated. We'll send you a report of the movers
so you can update your mailing lists.
